Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and data entry
- Assist in handling phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries

- Maintain office supplies and ensure proper functioning of office equipment
- Support finance and operations teams with documentation and basic reports
- Organize and update company records, databases, and filing systems

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
