Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and office IT equipment
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and applications
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and resolve them efficiently
  • Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions
  • Monitor system performance, backups, and data security
  • Support travel booking systems, office applications, and internal software
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, and technical documentation
  • Assist staff with IT-related queries both on-site and remotely
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS environments and basic networking concepts
  • Experience troubleshooting office software, email systems, and hardware
  • Understanding of IT security practices and data protection
  • Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
