Hosuk Travels is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team in Riyadh. This critical role will ensure the efficient management, storage, and retrieval of all company documents, maintaining a well-structured and accessible filing system to support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize company documents, including contracts, invoices, reports, and correspondence.
  • Ensure documents are filed appropriately in both physical and digital formats, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage document control procedures and maintain an up-to-date filing system.
  • Track and ensure the timely processing and distribution of all incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Assist with document retrieval, ensuring quick and efficient access to required information.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure document control policies are followed and ensure proper version control.
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and other departments to ensure documents meet internal and external compliance standards.
  • Provide administrative support as needed and assist in the preparation of reports.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or document management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a document controller or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
