Hosuk Travels is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team in Riyadh. This role is vital to maintaining the smooth functioning of our office operations. The Admin Assistant will provide support across various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office management and contributing to the overall success of our travel services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, directing them to the appropriate department or person.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure that the office environment is well-organized and efficient.
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry tasks.
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and other activities as needed.
  • Maintain and update client and vendor records in company databases.
  • Support HR and finance departments with basic administrative tasks, such as preparing employee documentation or assisting with invoice processing.
  • Assist with handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback when required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or business management is a plus.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in administrative tasks.
