Hosuk Travels is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day operations in Riyadh. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, coordinating, and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks within a dynamic travel environment.

๐Ÿ—‚ Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ“ž Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly
๐Ÿ“… Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
๐Ÿ“ Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation
๐Ÿ“ฆ Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement
๐Ÿ‘ฅ Support HR and accounting teams with basic data entry and document handling
๐Ÿ“„ Maintain filing systems both digitally and in hard copy
๐Ÿšช Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
๐Ÿงพ Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications

โœ… Requirements

โœ” Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
โœ” Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
โœ” Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
โœ” Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
โœ” Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
โœ” High school diploma required; diploma/degree in Business Administration is a plus
โœ” Must be located in Riyadh or willing to relocate
