Hosuk Travels is seeking a trustworthy and customer-focused Cashier to join our team in Riyadh. This role is key in managing financial transactions with efficiency and professionalism while supporting the overall client experience at our travel agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash drawers.
  • Support the accounting department by preparing and submitting daily reports.
  • Ensure the payment counter is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to payments and billing.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support booking confirmations and invoicing.
  • Follow company policies on transaction handling and cash security.
  • Report any discrepancies or concerns to the finance supervisor promptly.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in accounting or finance is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar financial handling role.
  • Strong numerical and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and accounting software is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle transactions responsibly.
