This role is ideal for someone who is accurate with numbers, customer-friendly, and able to manage payments efficiently in a fast-paced travel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle cash, card, and electronic payment transactions accurately
  • Issue receipts, invoices, and maintain proper transaction records
  • Balance cash drawer and prepare daily cash reports
  • Assist customers with payment-related inquiries in a professional manner
  • Coordinate with accounts and operations teams for financial documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
  • Support front office and administrative tasks when required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in commerce is a plus
  • 1–3 years of experience as a cashier, preferably in travel, hospitality, or service industry
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and billing systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Honest, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude
