Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cash, card, and electronic payment transactions accurately
- Issue receipts, invoices, and maintain proper transaction records
- Balance cash drawer and prepare daily cash reports
- Assist customers with payment-related inquiries in a professional manner
- Coordinate with accounts and operations teams for financial documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
- Support front office and administrative tasks when required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in commerce is a plus
- 1–3 years of experience as a cashier, preferably in travel, hospitality, or service industry
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of accounting and billing systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Honest, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude
