Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Manage customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

- Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
