Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Provide information about travel packages, itineraries, and related services.
  • Handle bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Manage customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, policies, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
