Hosuk Travels, a premier travel and tourism company based in Riyadh, is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support HR operations in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance reviews.
- HR Administration: Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
- Payroll Assistance: Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Policy Implementation: Support the enforcement of company policies and procedures.
- Training & Development: Assist in organizing employee training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws and company regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role (internship experience will be considered).
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
