Hosuk Travels is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our team in Riyadh. This role supports the HR department in fostering a productive and compliant work environment, ensuring smooth HR operations and excellent employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update employee files and databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Policy Implementation: Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
- Payroll Assistance: Help prepare payroll data, including attendance and leave records, for accurate processing.
- HR Communication: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, including preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure company practices align with local employment regulations and labor standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in an HR support role is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software; strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
- Language: Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
