Hosuk Travels is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people management, employee engagement, and supporting HR operations that contribute to a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate training sessions, orientation programs, and employee development activities.
- Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance, leave records, and related data.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure smooth communication across departments.
- Manage HR policies, ensure compliance with company standards, and maintain updated HR manuals.
- Assist in performance management processes, appraisals, and employee evaluations.
- Organize employee engagement activities, events, and team-building initiatives.
- Monitor contract renewals, visa processing, and other HR-related formalities in coordination with relevant departments.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation as required by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably within the travel or service industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
