Hosuk Travels is looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems, supporting both internal teams and external clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware across the organization.
- Manage and troubleshoot network systems, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures.
- Document and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Provide training and support to staff on IT tools and best practices.
- Ensure backup and recovery systems are operational and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with vendors for system upgrades and IT infrastructure improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking protocols.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or Microsoft are a plus.
