Hosuk Travels is looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors in Riyadh. If you have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and couriers.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and maintaining records.
  • Assist in coordinating office events and meetings as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
