📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel consultations.
  • Maintain office records, correspondence, and filing systems.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and coordination.
  • Assist other departments with day-to-day tasks when required.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide basic information about services.

✅ Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in customer service roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
