Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage front-desk operations, including handling inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain records of client visits, calls, and messages.
- Assist clients with travel-related queries and coordinate with other departments as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Office Administration is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
