Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of stock items, materials, and travel-related supplies
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and ensure proper documentation
- Organize and store items in designated areas for easy access and safety
- Issue materials to staff as needed and record every transaction accurately
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management in a timely manner
- Prepare inventory reports and assist in periodic stock audits
- Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory or warehouse management is a plus
- 1–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper or in inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory software
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
