Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and update stock reports.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of travel-related equipment and office supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the storage area.
- Process stock requests and distribute materials as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in inventory management is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Storekeeper or in inventory management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move moderately heavy items.
