Hosuk Travels, a trusted name in travel and tourism services based in Riyadh, is looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our customer service and sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has excellent communication skills, and can effectively promote travel-related services over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote travel packages, visa services, and other offerings.
- Answer inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about the company’s services.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls, leads, feedback, and follow-ups using internal systems.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by clearly explaining service features, prices, and promotions.
- Meet daily and monthly call targets while maintaining a positive and friendly tone.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with patience and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align communication strategies and offers.
- Stay updated on new packages, destination details, and seasonal promotions to effectively sell to clients.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communication or marketing is an advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer interaction role, preferably in travel or hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle rejection positively.
- Strong listening skills and a customer-first attitude.
